Project365 170: Infrared Maples

I love Maple trees and so this stretch along Elgin Mills Road is a favourite of mine. This is a 30-second infrared exposure. There was a fair breeze blowing the trees about so the leaves are in constant motion creating a blur of leaves.

The are at least two varieties that have been planted here and in the spring the young leaves alternate red and green. But now into june they are just different shades of green. For comparison here is a natural colour version of the same trees.
