For this week, my theme is '10 Minutes' - the criteria being an interesting photo within a 10-minute walk of my office building (or home on the weekend).
To start off the week I have this abstract of the sculpture at the corner of Simcoe and Wellington. I like the mixture of smooth curves and the straight lines. The mix of gold and blue also creates a sense of depth as warm colours tend to be felt as closer and cooler colours as further away. The image was further simplified by applying a generous amount of negative clarity heavy noise processing.
