Fortunately or not I don't have any wineskins, so bottles will have to do. Tonight I bottled a batch of Shiraz; that counts as new. It will be a year before it is mature. I thought this would be an easy task, a wine bottle by candle light. Wrong. Every reflection in the room was showing up on the glass. Even after numerous attempts, I still have a bright spot on the 'S'
