Today didn't provide the kinds of skies I had been hoping for this week. Far from it. Rain all day long. I tried to grab rain drops falling from the sky but that didn't work out. I tried water drops through a glass, also couldn't get what I was visualizing.
So I went for a different approach and tried to create something interesting in post. This is what I came up with.
