If you didn't read yesterday's post - I am trying something on the edge this week - intentionally "out of focus" images.
The technique I am exploring is the combination of a 24-105 lens plus a 500D macro filter. AF is turned off. I am all over the place with aperture. Sometimes wide open and all the way to stopped all the way down. Very different effects.
I think the key to an image that works well is something that acts as an anchor. In this case, the red shoes.
