I have been reading several of the ebooks from the Craft and Vision series. Andrew Gibson's "The Magic of Black and White" and Michael Frye's "Light and Land". All have been very informative in helping me better finish my images.
This image was completely processed in Lr. I found this chart helpful in picking colours. Did you know that in the LR colour picker, you can click on a number and type in a value. When doing a Duotone you only specify the Hue and Saturation values. The lightness is determined by the image content.
