Project365 072: Music Maker

The subject for the final installment of ’still life' is a Heintzman upright piano. The piano was a wedding gift to my wife's grandmother in 1921, so it is 90 years old and has sentimental value. It still sounds pretty good. The ivory keys are a little worn and show years of experience.

Beyond the main photo for today, I have also included a few macro images to show some of the details.

You might want to recheck the font color and the EXIF info that has been published on the blog...

Thanks about the font colour - For some reason I never noticed. I likely messaed up the format with the multi-image post.

Regarding the EXIF observation - Are you meaning the shutter speed? In all cases it is likely correct. The light was dim and exposures were long.
