Macro flower shot - a Cliche? Perhaps. But it does fit my theme for the night and it is my ringer shot - something I knew I could do quickly and go to bed.
The key question is - did I learn anything taking this shot? yes. I don't like the background. I need to get some black velvet so I can make backgrounds disappear. It would have worked well yesterday too. My original intent was to take a close up of my wife's engagement ring but I didnt like the background - i tried white paper. Black velvet would have worked better, I think.
