Henry's + Lowepro = Rocks

The zipper on my beloved Lowepro Slingshot gave out during our last trip - lucky on the last day of the trip. Their website promised  to warranty the problem, with conditions of course. I took it in to Henry's as they are an authorized repair centre. They checked out the failure, checked my purchase history and gave me a new bag of the shelf. Bada-Bing Bada-Boom! Apparently if i had not been a Henry's customer they would have sent it in to Lowepro for their assesment, but this is an added perc of being a customer. Thanks to both companies for great service.

Now to get it packed for my next excursion!
