Sunset Over Newport

I've been on a small family vacation for the last week or so. We mainly visited areas from Newport, Rhode Island across to Martha's Vineyard and up to Boston. Of course I took many pictures.

Also for this trip, I rented a Canon EF-S 10-22  wide angle lens. As I go through my images I pick out some to share with you. My other focus area was to explore HDR image capture and the results I could get from the later processing of those.

To start with here is the sunset over the Newport harbour. A three image HDR processed with Photomatix. Yes the colours were that vibrant.
